We look forward to finding someone to handle the administration duties for our small electrical contractor company in Las Vegas. This part-time position offers the flexibility of primarily working from home, with occasional visits to the office to maintain paperwork and file work orders.

Job duties:
- Manage work orders and submit them for payment
- Work with computer software and phone apps to upload information
- Manage and update orders
- Take calls, answer basic questions, schedule appointments, and collect payments
- Keep a record of invoice payments
- Respond to emails and take phone calls
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be willing to travel to the office once a week.
- Must have a smartphone
- Must be organized and able to multitask
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must have excellent customer service skills
You will be working 3-5 hours a day
Starting to pay $300- $500 a week. We get paid once a week.
