We are a busy contracting company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional support to our team and clients. This is a Full-Time Position Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. This position does not offer any Medical/401K Benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism
Schedule estimates and coordinate appointments
Perform accurate data entry
Review contracts and vendor invoices
Communicate with clients via email
Multi-Task
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong data entry and phone skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer programs
High School Diploma is Required
3 Years Minimum Experience as an Administrative Assistant Required
Construction or contractor experience is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
