Administrative Assistant

Applicant should possess:

Energetic personality

Excellent muti-tasking and time management skills

Outstanding attention to detail

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Excellent typing skills

The ability to communicate with IT on support and maintenance issues

Get along well with co-workers and willing to be a team player

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Knowledge of Salesforce.com

Must be highly organized, motivated, self-starter with an aptitude for learning

Ability to perform multiple tasks, demonstrate adaptability by often changing assignments on short notice

Ability and desire to quickly learn new job-related information

Display professional appearance and conduct

Timely with regard to hours and attendance

Flexibility with work hours, some weekend hours needed

Responsibilities include:

• Answering multiple phone lines

• Providing customer service to incoming and existing graduates

• Data input

• Preparing excel reports

• Problem solving

• Assist Enrollment team administratively
