Craftsman Homes Development is searching for a Construction Coordinator to assist in their Pahrump office. The position will require a high degree of organization and communication as the main hub for construction is run out of our Reno, NV office. No experience is necessary as we will be willing to train the right highly motivated and professional person. Ability and willingness to become a licensed notary public within the first 6 months of employment required. Ability and willingness to travel to Reno for training quarterly for the first year of employment required. Reliable transportation is required.
The first 6 months of employment will be centered around submitting and procuring building permits through local jurisdictions, setting up customer files, orienting oneself with City of Pahrump and Clark County office building officials, and becoming familiarized with company client tracking software.
After the first 6 months of employment, some focus will be placed on new home walk throughs with customers, scheduling customer service appointments, ordering and procuring parts from factories for service appointments, and some light service work in new homes.

Benefits are available after the first 90 days of employment; including medical, dental, vision and 401K. Hourly pay is industry average and based on experience.
