We provide short term rental housing ( one month and longer) for companies, entertainers, athletes, and fire/flood/mold victims, among others Work in office (85%) and onsite at various residential properties throughout Metro Las Vegas (15%). Day to day operations includes guest services, coordinate maintenance requests, schedule cleaning staff, do inspections, set up housewares, deliveries, along with various other tasks. Fast paced environment in a busy office. Must have reliable transportation, speak English and be a good communicator with a friendly attitude. Salary and bonuses based upon experience, along with benefits including healthcare (for Full time only) and gas allowance. Prefer full time, but open to 30-35 hours/week for the right person. Located across from UNLV campus on Tropicana.
