Business: Coffee Manufacturing Facility - (Rainbow/Warm Springs)

Position: Customer Service Representative

Qualifications: Customer service, 3 years (Required)

Work Authorization: United States (Required)

Hours: 8am-4:30pm.

Compensation: Average $10.50-16/hr. ($18/hr.+ DOE).

Benefits: No Health Insurance and No 401K at this point in time.

Stella Brands Packing & Printing is a coffee pod manufacturing facility with an in-house print department. We are seeking a qualified Customer Service Rep. to join our front office team. As a small business, employees share responsibilities and must assist outside of their primary job duties depending immediate needs of production.

We are in the process of upgrading manual process with software and automation. You must be able to easily adapt to new web-based tools such as Trello, Zoho CRM, Word Press & Magento.

Responsibilities/Duties:

- Manage incoming calls, emails and customer service inquiries.

- Generate quotes, work orders, etc. using CRM software

- Update production list and workflow status

- Assist in front office duties (shipping, etc.)

- Act as a liaison between departments to push projects through production

- Provide accurate, valid and complete information as requested

- Must be able to multi-task and follow through with self-assigned tasks related to the customer order life-cycle.

- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Requirements:

- Type at least 40 wpm. You will be tested on www.typingtest.com before taking the job

- Must be tech savvy and very comfortable in learning new online/web-based tools.

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative for 3 years.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- High attention to detail with strong active listening

- Must be proficient in Outlook and handle multiple emails/orders and phone calls directly with the customer on a daily basis.
