Customer Service Team Member - Order Fulfillment

30 years. We are seeking a committed hard-working self-starter who is interested in learning the following business and life skills:
Order Fulfillment:
● Administration of online orders (order processing)
○ Data entry
○ Problem solving
○ QuickBooks
○ Amazon Marketplace
○ PayPal
○ Shopify
○ Miva
○ Atandra (T-Hub)
○ Endicia
○ Excel
○ Webmail
● Picking/Pulling of correct product for shipping
○ Learning product details
○ Problem solving/Researching
○ Excel
○ Packing
Customer Service
● Respond to online inquiries
○ FreshDesk
○ Webmail
As a small staff of less than 10, cross-training and personal growth are vital. The following traits will be
needed:
● GRIT & Self-motivation - the ability to go on despite obstacles, hardship, failures, criticisms
● Able to work with minimal supervision
● Extreme attention to detail
● Ability to quickly learn new tasks/learn while doing
● Strong research/problem solving skills
● Exceptional written communication skills/strong grasp of English grammar
● Able to follow direction/Company guidelines
● Ability to stand for extended lengths of time
● Proficient computer skills
● Positive attitude
Work Schedule
● Monday thru Friday: 8:30am to 4:30pm
● One hour unpaid lunch from 12:30pm to 1:30pm
● For order processing: 2 Sundays each month; up to 5 hours each Sunday
● During slow season (typically summer), office may close at lunch on Fridays.
● Black out period for time off: week of Thanksgiving through mid-January

Salary: based on experience
