Quick Systems, inc. is hiring a full time customer service representative to support a high volume sales partner with their customer service.
Customer Service Responsibilities include:
Answering phone calls
Making welcome calls to new customers
Contacting customers weekly for general updates on their projects.
Also some basic record keeping responsibilities - including updating a stat sheet and CRM.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Pickup in-bound calls from warm prospective customers - qualify the caller using script, and schedule an appointment for sales consultation.
Call out to warm prospective customers to follow up and schedule second appointments.
Compensation $15-20/hour.
Marketing Commission: $500-$1000 per sale.
