We are a well-established transportation company seeking a qualified and experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, in-person position in a drug-free work environment.
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: On-site only Las Vegas, NV
Industry: Transportation
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in data entry, preferably within the transportation industry
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Experienced with Transportation Management Software (TMS)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to pass a DOT drug test
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a transportation/logistics company
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
Strong organizational and time-management skills
