Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere
- Answer the phone, take messages and route calls to the appropriate department
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Operate office equipment
- Assist with collections when required
- Be a team player, interact with drivers and supervisors, assist as needed
- Ensure work is correct and communicate effectively
- General upkeep of the office
- Support staff for the Facility Manager as needed
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Help with mail and packages as needed
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Successful work experience in a front office setting or in another clerical position
- Strong working knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principals
- Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Outstanding communication skills
- Great organizational skills and a willingness to be a team player
- Collections experience is a plus
