Landscape Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
-Coordinate job schedule to supervisors and crew leaders.
-Ensure client and property expectations are met and exceeded.
-Monitor company email and phone while communicating with clients consistently.
-Train foremen in all phases of landscape maintenance and repairs.
- Manage routes, schedule jobs, and oversee supervisors, foreman and crew members.
Job Requirements:
-Valid NV Driver License with CLEAN driving record.
-Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
-Knowledge of plants, fertilizers, and irrigation.
-Problem solving and leadership skills.
-Knowledge of landscape installation methods.
-Knowledge of conventional drip and spray irrigation systems.
-Knowledge of proper tree and plant installation and maintenance.
-5 years of landscape maintenance and construction experience.
