Great communication skills
Show and rent apartments as they become vacant
Answer phone, take tenant's work orders/requests and pass them on to maintenance crew or manager/supervisors, file, do all and any office work.
Place "For Rent" signs in designated street corner(s), and place balloons at front of property and outside of leasing office
Coordinate the cleaning and other preparations of apartments for rental in a timely manner
Help maintain the premises in a clean, orderly and safe condition
Enforce any rules governing the property and report any unusual tenant problem to manager
Report to Manager any necessary repairs on property, accidents, and any other hazardous / unsafe conditions found immediately upon discovery
Prepare semi-monthly and/or monthly property reports as instructed and as needed May be required to run errands (office supplies, etc.)
Perform any other duties which from time to time may be requested
Maintains proper fitness necessary to safely perform all tasks assigned, which includes extensive walking, standing, alertness, problem solving, meeting deadlines, team work, receiving and issuing orders and guidance
- Must have a Valid Drivers License
- Must have reliable Transportation
