Letterman’s Jacket Sales Consultant
Job Overview: We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Sales Consultant to help clients design and customize their letterman jackets. In this role, you will work closely with clients to create jackets that reflect their unique achievements, offering customization options such as patches, embroidery, and other upgrades. Responsibilities:
Sit down with clients (students, athletes, or teams) to discuss their jacket preferences and achievements.
Assist clients in selecting jacket styles, colors, materials, and customization options.
Offer additional upgrades such as custom patches, embroidery, and other personalization features.
Ensure customer satisfaction through attentive service and high-quality recommendations.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure accurate and timely order completion.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the products and customization options available.
Meet sales targets and contribute to team success.
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A passion for fashion, design, or customized apparel.
Sales or customer service experience preferred.
Attention to detail and ability to guide clients through customization options.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients at once.
Basic understanding of fabrics, embroidery, and design is a plus.
