Position Overview
Plumbing Solutions of Nevada is a leading provider of plumbing services for residential and commercial clients across Nevada. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced secretary/administrative assistant to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties that support our field team and maintain a high standard of customer service. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and phone calls.
Maintain and organize office files and documents, both digital and physical.
Assist with customer service inquiries and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Support the plumbing team with scheduling appointments and managing job details.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
Frequent use of QuickBooks to manage and assist with financial record-keeping, book-keeping, billing, and invoicing.
Perform data entry and prepare reports as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
Knowledge of plumbing terminology and the plumbing industry is required.
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks for financial and administrative tasks.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Reliable, responsible, and committed to the success of the company.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
