As we continue to grow, we are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join us as an administrative assistant.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate person or department
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Pulling permits
Scheduling service jobs
Requirements:
Construction/Pool construction experience is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, internet)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Reliable and punctual
High school diploma or equivalent
