At Loving Embrace Home Care, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our staff and clients. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team. This role will involve supporting our staff and handling both administrative tasks and client interactions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and staff coordination
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
- Manage and organize documents, files, and office supplies
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and staff events
- Support staff in various tasks and projects as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
-Proficiency in Google Drive (including Google Docs, Sheets, and shared folder management).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude
