This is a part-time job that can turn full-time. The Office Assistant must have experience in vacation rentals. Some knowledge in Sales and Marketing and be willing to learn new skills. The Assistant is responsible for converting qualified leads into vacation rentals through consultative selling techniques. This position engages with potential guests and promotes vacation rental packages, enabling guests to experience Las Vegas. Working in a high-energy, results-driven environment, the successful candidate will utilize proven sales and Marketing methodologies to achieve success while delivering exceptional customer service and administrative duties. Key Responsibilities
Pre-qualify guests for vacation rental based on established criteria
Provide exceptional customer service to guests responding promptly and professionally to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Coordinate availability, rates, and special requests with property manager to ensure accurate bookings.
Process reservations accurately and efficiently using reservation process. Assist guests with pre-arrival preparations, including providing directions, and check-in instructions.
Utilize company sales and marketing methodology to effectively present vacation rental packages.
Follow proven sales and marketing best practices to achieve conversion targets.
Administrative Support (Typing Memos, Filing, Mailing, Scanning, Copying, & Printing).
Overcome objections professionally while maintaining positive guest relationships.
Document guest interactions and sales activities in computer system.
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, aiming to resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily.
Meet or exceed established performance metrics for sales conversion and call quality.
Maintain clear and effective communication with property manager, cleaning staff, maintenance personnel, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are properly prepared for guest arrivals and maintained throughout their stay.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest communications.
Process payments, refunds, and cancellations in accordance with company policies.
