We are a small restaurant equipment sales and repair company looking for part time help that can lead to a full time position.
Main responsibility will be coordinating / dispatching technicians and assisting with locating and purchasing parts online.
Job Responsibilities Outline
1. Technician Coordination
Serve as the main point of contact for technicians to ensure effective communication.
Schedule technicians for jobs based on urgency and availability.
Dispatch technicians to job sites, ensuring they have the necessary information.
Monitor technicians’ schedules and respond to any changes or emergencies.
2. Job Completion and Invoicing
Ensure the accurate completion of each job, following up with technicians for necessary information.
Create invoices for end users promptly upon job completion.
Send invoices to clients.
3. Parts Procurement and Supply Management
Order parts online and assist with phone sales from various supply houses.
4. Administrative Support
Assist with general administrative tasks related to technician operations and client management.
Requirements
Proficient computer skills (PC)
Proficient phone skills
Communication skills
Organized and detail oriented
Experience working in an office setting
Shift: Monday - Friday
Part Time: 4-5 hours / day 10-2/3pm (full time will be available in the future)
Starting pay: $15/hour (1099 Independent Contractor)
