In this unique role, you will be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities while fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for both staff and customers. As the Office Manager, you will manage various administrative tasks, coordinate office functions, and provide essential support to our team. Your love for classic cars will shine through as you engage with clients and ensure they have a seamless experience from start to finish. RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for clients and staff.
Maintain organized records of all vehicles.
Fill out, process, and file proper documents for registrations and titling in a timely manner.
Support the management team in various administrative tasks.
Communicate with clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to interact with clients and team members effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record required, no open cases

Our Showroom is Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-5pm.
PAY
This is an hourly non-exempt position, averaging 40,000.00 - 43,000.00 annually
