Office Support Staff
Compensation: $20/hour
Employment Type: Flexible 20–40 hours/week
Schedule: Monday–Friday

We’re looking for a detail-driven, organized, and proactive person to help keep the wheels turning behind the scenes. This role is the right hand to management - assisting with calendar coordination, communication, and day-to-day organization so operations run smoothly across multiple areas of the business.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct clerical and scheduling support
Manage voicemails, phone calls, and emails with prompt, organized responses
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
Maintain and update shared calendars
Assist with billing entries, invoice reconciliation, and payment tracking
Organize digital and physical files (Dropbox, etc.)
Track and restock office and field inventory
Provide administrative support for licensing, compliance, HR, and event coordination
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all work
What You’ll Help Achieve:
Improve communication and responsiveness across systems (Pipedrive, FareHarbor, Call Tracking Metrics, Outlook, Bamboo HR, etc.)
Lighten management workload by owning clerical and scheduling tasks
Strengthen communication between field, guests, and third parties
Keep daily operations organized, consistent, and professional
