We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Overnight Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, assisting callers with questions, and using internal tools to keep key processes moving forward. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on helping people, staying organized, and keeping workflows on track.
This role is fully remote but is expected to be fully available from the hours of 9pm to 5am Monday through Friday. All job-specific training will be done during our regular business hours of 9am-5pm.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Gather and enter information accurately into internal systems
Follow established scripts, processes, and procedures to ensure consistency
Use internal tools to advance workflows, update case notes, and complete next steps
Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Requirements:
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and navigate internal tools while on the phone
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Basic computer literacy (typing, email, web navigation)
Compensation & Schedule:
Competitive hourly pay (DOE): $12-15/hour
