Payroll Clerk / HR Assistant for Construction Company
Construction Company looking for an experienced Payroll Clerk / Human Resource Assistant to help with the following responsibilities: (but not limited to)
Payroll Administrator duties to include but not limited to:
Process payroll by collecting and entering timesheet data for Field & Office employees
Will work closely with Field Foremen and Superintendent to verify all field payroll
Human Resource duties: Insurance Enrollments, New Hire Process, I9’s
Supports the Office Manager in daily tasks as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must have previous Payroll & HR experience
Previous experience in Construction
Bilingual is required.
Data Entry Skills, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Problem Solver, General Math Skills, Good Verbal Communication and Organization. Work well alone, but also a team player.
Experience in Excel and Microsoft Word
The pay rate will depend on verified experience.

Monday thru Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
