Heavy Civil General Contractor looking for assistance with Front office and accounting office support.
This individual will be responsible for the following duties:
Respond to incoming calls with excellent customer service.
Assist with entering Job budgets into Construction Software Program.
Filing and running office errands on occasion
Provide support to the accounting team.
-Create and maintain spreadsheets using excel (advanced user)
Job Costing and Job Costing allocation / Budget set-up (1-3 years exp mininum)
Basic Requirements:
Intermediate to advanced Level Excel user
Some experience supporting an accounting departments required.
Strong Organization and Attention to Detail Skills.
Experience in using Foundations Software helpful.

Pay: $24.00 to $28.00 DOE hourly
