Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office
- Ensure phone etiquette and professional communication with clients and customers
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings
- Maintain and update office files, records, and databases
- Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and answering inquiries
- Assist with calendar management for office staff
- Implement and maintain efficient office procedures and systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Experience:
- Previous experience in a service industry or property insurance industry
- Proven experience in team management and leadership
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with file management systems and electronic record keeping
