In addition to greeting and checking in visitors, you will assist with office tasks and provide support during events. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in guests and visitors in a warm and professional manner
Assist guests with directions, inquiries, and office services
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications to the appropriate team members
Support the office team with various administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and scheduling
Assist in the coordination of office events, meetings, and special projects
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring the front desk is well-stocked
Provide general support to office staff and visitors as needed
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with setting up and managing event logistics
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or in a customer-facing role preferred
Skills:
