The candidate will focus on greeting guests, managing the front desk and performing support tasks.
Must be punctual
Fluent in and able to read and write English/Spanish
Experience MS Office - Word - Excel and Outlook
Answer and direct all phone calls
Greet guests
Manage, clean and organize the front desk
Order and stock supplies
Sort incoming mail
Provide admin assistance and support to all team members as necessary
