Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and licensed broker to facilitate our registration as a property management company within the state. The successful candidate will be responsible for navigating the state’s registration requirements and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in completing and submitting all necessary registration forms and documentation.
- Coordinate with Integrity Rise Management to gather and submit all required insurance and banking documentation as required or requested from state agencies.
Requirements:
- Valid broker’s license in the state of operation.
- Proven experience in handling state registrations for property management or similar fields.
- Strong understanding of state laws and regulations pertaining to property management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet critical deadlines.
