Professional property management company has an opening for a Community Manager for a 200 unit apartment community located in Las Vegas, NV.
The Community Manager plays the key role in all day-to-day operations of an apartment community, maximizing the propertys net operating income and ensuring optimal performance of the property. You will supervise a team, and will be responsible for effectively manage leasing, resident services, maintenance, expense control, revenue enhancements, reporting, and compliance, among other duties. Your leadership will be critical in the propertys success.
Requirements for this position include a minimum of two years property management experience. Requirements also include a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent verbal and written communication experience. We are also seeking candidates who demonstrate strong leadership abilities and excellent financial and analytical skills. Position requires weekend and holiday work.
