STERLING GARDENS HOTEL Front Desk Agent
We have a great opportunity for someone who can work independently and is good at multitasking, the position is for Front Desk at busy hotel.
We need someone with hospitality experience, excellent customer service skills and a team player. You would be managing the Front Desk at a family friendly hotel in downtown Las Vegas at least 4 to 5 days a week, applicant must be ok with working weekends.
The job requires high level of customer service as you would be representing our hotel, you would be responsible for checking rooms to make sure they are ready for our next guests, updating the status in our system, checking people in, taking telephone reservations, helping guests with their questions and guiding them as needed.
There is some down time in between guests, this job is good for someone who likes working independently, someone who wants to learn about hospitality and someone who truly cares about helping people with a great attitude and lots of empathy.
Computer skills are necessary
English/Spanish speaking is a plus and good communication skills

Training time is paid. You will be on payroll from day 1
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Must be able to work nights (3pm - 11pm)
-Must be available to work weekends and holidays
-Able to pay attention to detail
-Must meet company and hotel brand grooming standards.
-Ability to work on a computer with basic programs and software.
-Excel/Word/Social apps
-Must be able to stay on task and complete all items assigned for the shift.
-Ability to perform all duties as instructed in training.
