Management company looking for an experience property manager willing to grow and learn. Initially the position is for managing an apartment complex but will be exposed to self storages once acclimated. We are looking for a reliable, self starter (motivated) property manager that has property software experience and can follow step by step instructions. This position does not offer on-site living, medical benefits, 401k, or PTO (paid time off) other than 7 paid holidays per year after 90 day probation period.
Candidate must be computer, google and property management software savvy, know how to work well under pressure, multi-task, good with time management, follow written, video and verbal instructions/directions, and communicate well. This is a team environment therefore candidate is required to be flexible and willing to take on additional tasks such as but not limited to IT, executive assistant and/or researcher etc.
Its a PLUS if you know SiteLink, Sparefoot, Late 2 Lien, PTI, Asana, call potential and/or speak Spanish
