We are in search of a dynamic team member in an entry-level position to work closely with our Director of Sales Associate Services, Sales Manager, and Branch Manager. This individual will not only answer phones and greet clients but also provide amazing support services and customer service (#1 requirement) for our sales associates and other leaders with a positive, can-do attitude.
Responsibilities:
· Provide strong customer service and support to clients, sales associates, and team members with a positive attitude.
· Troubleshoot and support agents based on company platforms training will be provided.
· Professionally handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department. Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication.
· Welcome visitors with a friendly demeanor, directing them to meeting areas and providing necessary assistance.
· Maintain a clean, organized office space, including reception and common areas.
· Monitor and replenish office supplies.
· Assist with calendaring, reporting, classes, and holiday events.
· Create engaging content for company events and culture on social media platforms.
· Additional duties and projects as needed.
Requirements:
· Strong phone etiquette, communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask and handle frequent interruptions.
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Apple products is a plus.
· Social media familiarity (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
· Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
· Time management skills, including a sense of urgency.
· Dependable and punctual. Must have reliable transportation.
· Business Casual attire required.
