Job Responsibilities:

1. Transaction Coordination:

Manage and oversee real estate transactions from contract to closing.

Coordinate with clients, agents, lenders, and title companies to ensure smooth transactions.

Prepare and review documents, contracts, and agreements for accuracy.

Track deadlines, follow up on pending items, and ensure compliance with all requirements.

2. Assistant to the President:

Provide high-level administrative support to the President, including calendar management, email correspondence, and meeting preparation.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Assist with project management, research, and special projects as needed.

3. Airbnb Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple Airbnb properties.

Coordinate guest communications, bookings, and check-ins/check-outs.

Manage cleaning schedules, maintenance, and inventory for each property.

Ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high ratings.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years in transaction coordination, executive assistance, or property management preferred.

Skills:

o Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

o Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and property management software (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO).

o Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
