We are seeking an Office Associate for our HENDERSON Facility with H&M Distributors, a lighting wholesaler.
We are currently in search of a Full Time Office associate to help enter orders, answer customer emails/calls along with other office duties. We are open during the hours of Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm. This is specifically for entry level with minimum or no experience required. Compensation will be starting at $14.00/hr.

Job Requirements
1. Order entry, answer phone calls, answer emails and data entry
2. Demonstrate proficiency in handling customer phone calls and emails
3. Maintain attendance and punctuality as required by assigned work schedule and within company standards. Our work day starts at 7:00 am sharp. Staff is expected to be at work, clocked in and ready to work at 7:00am (no exceptions).
4. Illegal Drug and alcohol free policy compliance while working; background checks are completed on all new hires.
Qualifications
1. Type 30+ WPM
2. Strong team player and the ability to get along with co-workers.
3. Good verbal communication skills, basic math skills, and ability to read documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.
4. Legible handwriting, and attention and care to detail.
5. High School Diploma or GED Certificate. (preferred, not required)
6. Ability and desire to work in a small business with less than 5-10 employees.
