Independent Jewelry Store in Caesars Palace is looking for a trendy, hip, friendly individual who has sales experience and is energetic, driven, and able to handle a fast paced environment.
Duties include but not limited to
-Proactively manage your own selling business.
-Refer to goals and come up with strategy to obtain goals.
-Assisting walk in clients and scheduling appointments with good clients.
-Advises customers by providing information on products.
-Helping customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
-Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of new collections, restocks, and future merchandise of potential interest.
-Maintains clean store with jewelry cleaning at the top of daily priorities.
-Contributes to team effort and actively assists with tasks such as, inventory management, stock replenishment, ticketing items, etc.
-Able to held accountable for opening and closing the store
Salesperson Skills and Qualifications: Listening, Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Selling to Customer Needs, Product Knowledge, People Skills, Energy Level, Dependability, General Math Skills, Verbal Communication, Job Knowledge. Retail Pro POS system a plus!
Salary is competitive hourly plus commission
