Customer Support/Network Engineer needed for local Las Vegas IT managed services provider (MSP):
Managed Services (ConnectWise Manage, Automate and Control)
Excellent Customer Service skills a must
Excellent Communication skills a must
ConnectWise Automate Experience Required
Customer Service and Support, Quick learner with excellent retention and problem solving skills
IT certifications a plus
Must be able solve issues quickly and independently
Remote and Onsite Support
Servers: All Windows Server platforms
Experience with Server and Workstation Patching via ConnectWise Automate Preferred
Active Directory and Group Polices
MS Exchange Servers: 2010, 2016, 2019, office/MS 365
MS Windows, all versions
Hyper-V and VMware
Dell and HP (iDRAC, ILO, Servers/PCs)
HP, SonicWALL and and other (routers, switches, firewalls, vlans, phone systems)
Site-to-Site VPNs and Remote host VPNs
DNS Records Management and DHCP
MS and many other Desktop Applications
Mac OSx, iDevices and Android Devices
Cloud Backup Systems (will train)
2 plus year college degree a plus
2 plus years of IT support experience with emphasis on customer service, PCs/Mac's, networks, servers, printers and mobile devices
Salary depends on Experience
Must have reliable car or truck and be able to drive to local client sites. Mileage reimbursement.
Must be able to work in our office and remote
On-Call and Systems Management couple weekends per month
Must be honest with valid driver's license
Drug test and background check required
IT certifications a plus, people/communication skills a must.
