HK SECURITY - ACCOUNT MANAGER
Job Summary: The Account Manager reports to the Manager of Operations, assisting in daily
operations and training programs. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, supervising
security personnel, and ensuring quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily security operations for assigned client sites, ensuring the delivery of highquality security services to protect people and property.
Manage security staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and payroll administration,
while ensuring compliance with company policies and client-specific requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, addressing concerns,
resolving escalated security issues, and providing emergency response when required.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and employees, ensuring
customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Coordinate and conduct site-specific training, as well as annual refresher courses for
security personnel, ensuring that all staff are well-prepared to handle client needs.
Ensure accurate completion of daily activity reports (DARs), incident reports (IRs), and
other required documentation, while meeting all contract compliance standards.
Manage the inventory, maintenance, and allocation of uniforms, equipment, and vehicles
used at client sites, ensuring operational readiness.
Collaborate with recruiters to identify, interview, and hire quality candidates, addressing
staffing needs proactively.
Take an active role in managing financial and operational goals, minimizing unbilled
overtime, and maximizing efficiency across all assigned accounts.
Qualifications:
2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in contract security, facilities
management, military, or law enforcement.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and management skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently.
Experience in payroll, billing, and scheduling is preferred.
Valid state security officer license, driver’s license, and clean driving record required.
Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Salary/ Wage Range: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
