Job Summary:
To provide security leadership and services for Xanterra South Rim properties and to provide safety and security to guests/employees during overnight hours.
The Details:
Position Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
Pay: $17.95 per hour. Employees working overnight will receive the regular base rate for the position plus an additional $1.00 per hour premium pay. If you are scheduled to work during the day or evening shift, you will not receive the overnight premium pay and will only receive the regular base rate for the position.
Schedule: May include weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications:
Must possess a valid U.S. driver's License and comply with the Xanterra South Rim Company Vehicle Policy.
Must obtain an AZ driver’s License within 90 days of start date.
Must be at least twenty-one years of age at the time of hire.
Excellent written, verbal, and problem-solving skills; plus, the ability to interact effectively with guests, employees, and other designated officials.
Ability to calmly deal with medical, fire, security, or safety situations.
Working knowledge of radio communications.
CLSO Certified Lodging Security Officer training must be completed within 30 days of hire.
BAT and Drug testing training must be completed.
Safety and Security Employees must be US citizens or legal residents, have no felony convictions, have no theft or drug convictions within the past five years, and have no convictions involving fraud, weapons, sexual assault, or other violent crimes.
