Aggressive Compensation + Bonuses
In the insurance industry, most companies will start you around 55% and cap you around 110% so that they can keep much of your commissions. Not here. Our compensation starts at 80-100%, depending on qualifications discovered during interview. It continues to go up to 140%. We also pay generous producer bonuses which increase as your business increases.
This is a 1099 position and provides you with the ability to start building residual income within your first year.
No cold calling or door knocking
One of the biggest concerns for life insurance agents is the upfront cost of leads. Most companies do not offer what we do: an exclusive lead program. When they do, the cost is too much for the agent to handle when getting started. Not so here. Leads are affordable and exclusive!
