Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Sales Representative (Spanish & English) with a strong business background and a passion for helping clients succeed. The ideal candidate has a well-rounded understanding of business operations, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly. This role involves a mix of outside sales calls and phone-based sales, requiring a proactive approach to prospecting, client engagement, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect new business clients through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to present our consulting and merchant service solutions.
Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English, ensuring clarity and strong relationships with diverse clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
Analyze clients’ needs to recommend the best business and payment solutions.
Demonstrate proficiency in business software and merchant services technology.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Maintain accurate records in CRM software.
Qualifications:
Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Business Experience: Strong understanding of business operations, financials, and consulting services.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with business software, CRM systems, and merchant service platforms.
Attention to Detail: Ability to analyze and address clients' specific needs accurately.
Sales Skills: Previous experience in phone and/or outside sales required.
Quick Learner: Able to grasp new concepts, industry trends, and software quickly.
Transportation: Reliable vehicle for outside sales visits.
Self-Motivated: Strong work ethic with a results-driven mindset.
Compensation & Benefits:
