Are you passionate about student success and building bridges to meaningful careers? Join our mission-driven career school as the Director of Career Services, where you’ll lead a dynamic team dedicated to helping students transition from the classroom to the workforce.
As the Director, you will develop employer partnerships, oversee job placement support, and ensure our students and graduates are career ready. You’ll collaborate with faculty, industry leaders, and your team to ensure every student has the resources and guidance to succeed in their chosen field.
Key Responsibilities:
-Build and maintain employer relationships and job opportunities
-Oversee resume workshops, interview prep, and career coaching
-Lead placement efforts and track graduate employment outcomes
-Supervise career services staff and manage departmental operations
-Ensure compliance with accreditation and state reporting standards
What We’re Looking For:
-A bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
-3–5 years of experience in career services, workforce development, or employer relations
-A results-driven, student-focused professional with strong communication and leadership skills
-Prior experience in a vocational, technical, or career education environment is a plus
