Responsibilities:
Field inbound calls to potential clients to introduce our tax resolution services 90-250 calls per day
Collect and verify client information to assess their tax situation
Provide basic information about our company and services
Schedule appointments for our tax resolution experts and live transfer prospects
Maintain accurate records of client interactions
Requirements:
No prior experience required, but a background in finance, accounting, tax, or sales is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Must have resilience and the ability to handle rejection
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
