Job Description:
As a Telemarketer, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to generate interest in our products and schedule appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sustainable living.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list.
Present and promote our solar and windows/door solutions.
Educate potential customers on the benefits of our products.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls and appointments.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of solar energy and energy-efficient home improvements is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
