Position Overview:
As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, educating them on the benefits of energy efficient windows and solar energy, and scheduling appointments for our expert sales team. This is a key role in our sales process, and your efforts will directly contribute to helping customers save on their energy bills while making a positive impact on the environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list.
Present and promote our windows and solar solutions.
Educate potential customers on the benefits of our products.
Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls and appointments.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of energy-efficient home improvements is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
