Looking for experienced sales reps to assist in capital raising efforts. We are a green energy company that raises capital from outside investors. Primarily high net worth accredited investors. The majority of the calls are outbound contacting prospects who have dabbled in similar higher risk ventures.
Your job is to:
- Find out of they are open minded
- Find out of they are qualified
- Create interest
- Follow up to make sure information was received, answer questions, create urgency, and close deals.
Pay is dependent on experience and includes a base / commissions / bonuses
This job REQUIRES outbound sales experience. Experience in private placements, Reg D, A, CF offerings is a plus. We can train you in the particulars of our deal but we cant tech drive & determination. We are not looking for pikers, those with a woe is me attitude, Debbie downers, or those who constantly talk about it. We're looking for those that wrote business and put up numbers - period.
Ideally looking for someone to move into a sales manager position.
You can make a lot of money here, but you have to be good and you have to put in the work. A lot of that work is simply pounding the phones and contacting enough people to find the right guy.
REQUIREMENTS
- Outbound Sales Experience
- Computer competency (using dialing software, creating leads and calling from CRM. Updating records
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A never give up attitude / work ethic
Successful candidates will earn six figures, but many won't have the skill or work ethic to get there and will make every excuse in the world where the reality is they simply weren't good closers.
