Key Qualifications:
Luxury Remodel Design & Sales: Extensive experience in high-end residential remodeling, design, and sales is essential. Must possess knowledge of luxury finishes and materials.
Professionalism: Must have a clean background, be drug-free, and be able to communicate effectively with high-end clientele. A professional appearance and demeanor are a must.
Construction Expertise: Extensive experience in all phases of construction, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency is required, along with the ability to manage client data through our CRM.
Licensing: Having a Class B or B2 License is a huge plus!
