Medical Laboratory Sales Executive

SUMMERY:

The Medical Laboratory Sales Executive is responsible for driving new revenue growth by selling laboratory testing services to: Healthcare Providers, Family Practices, Nursing Homes, OB/GYN, Gastral Intestinal, Wound Care Clinics and other relevant organizations.

This role combines technical knowledge of laboratory testing with strong sales and relationship-building skills to deliver customized solutions to clients while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Sales and prospect, create a relationships with potential clients, including physicians and clinical staff, that are requiring molecular/PCR testing services.

- Help promote and sell BioDx laboratories testing services such as (UTI's, Gastral Intestinal, Wound Care, Fingernail Fungi and Respiratory).

REQUIREMENTS:

Achieve and exceed quarterly, and annual sales quotas.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Conduct clients need assessments to provide tailored testing solutions.

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely responses and resolving issues efficiently.

Stay updated on Molecular testing methodologies, industry regulations, and emerging trends in PCR testing.

Educate clients on the importance of accurate and reliable PCR testing for patient care and compliance.

Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the laboratory and generate new business leads.

Ensure all sales activities comply with healthcare and laboratory industry regulations, including HIPAA and CLIA standards.

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts in CRM systems.

EXPERIENCE:

- At least a 2 year of a proven track record in medical sales, preferably in laboratory testing, molecular/toxicology and/or the healthcare

lab arenas.

- Familiarity with laboratory testing processes, doctors results for patients, and laboratory operations.

SKILLS:

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

+ Technical aptitude to understand and explain complex molecular/PCR testing services.

+ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tracking software.

There is regular travel to client sites, networking events, and industry conferences is required.
