We are seeking Networking Specialists to join our growing team in Las Vegas. As the face of our company, you’ll focus on connecting with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), fostering trust, and scheduling meetings. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on networking and understands the value of relationship-building. If you're great at connecting with people and getting them to like you, we want you on our team!

As we grow our new Las Vegas office, we’re building a smaller, close-knit team focused on creating meaningful connections and delivering exceptional value to our clients. We pride ourselves on combining cutting-edge technology with personalized support to meet the needs of high-net-worth clients.

What You'll Do:

- Represent our company at major tradeshows and networking events.

- Build trust and rapport with potential clients through authentic, meaningful interactions.

Identify HNIs and schedule meetings with our Product engineers.

- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth transitions between stages of the sales process.

- Following a demo or product discussion by the Product Specialist, take over to solidify client interest and close the deal with professionalism and tact.

- Utilize CRM tools to track leads and maintain organized follow-ups.

Key Skills:

- Closing deals with professionalism and tact.

- Hard worker, good with handling high pressure, flexible with hours, able to travel.

- Building strong networks and relationships.

- Familiarity with B2C client interactions.

- Quick decision-making and ability to take action promptly.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

What We're Looking For:

- A friendly, professional demeanor with excellent social and communication skills.

- Experience with HNI’s.

- Strong networking and closing abilities and comfort engaging with high-net-worth individuals.

- Familiarity with B2C client interactions and processes.

- Highly organized with the ability to schedule and facilitate meetings effectively.

- Polished appearance and an ability to represent the company with confidence.
