Role Overview:
We're hiring someone presentable, outgoing and friendly to work as a model recruiter. Your work schedule is flexible. Pay is $50/hr cash. Work is irregular with us needing 5-20 hours one week, then it may be weeks later until we need you for another 5-20 hours.
We anticipate that over time the demand will become much more regular and predictable as we refine our model onboarding process. We also anticipate other types of positions becoming available soon.
If you see a picture or video of a human on any website, that is the kind of content that we produce. The job requirements are different every time depending on the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
You will go out in public and introduce yourself to people that meet the demographic that we are concentrating on this week. This week it may be college-aged asian girls, next week it may be middle-aged black men with grey hair.
You will tell them that your company is hiring models, and you think they may be a good fit.
You will ask them if someone from the company can text them more information and, if they agree, you will write down their first name and cell number.
Qualifications:
Must be well-groomed, friendly, and confident speaking with people.
You will need some form of transportation.
You need to be self-motivated.
