RoofReach Leads is hiring a motivated, part-time Sales Closer to help connect homeowners with trusted local roofers.
This is a remote, commission-only role with strong long-term residual income.
We provide the leads — you close the sale.
You must respond quickly, follow up persistently, and maintain a professional tone with business owners.
What You’ll Do
Call and follow up with interested roofing contractors
Present our exclusive lead-generation service clearly and confidently
Handle questions, build rapport, and close over the phone
Maintain quick response time (first callback within 5 minutes)
Keep light notes in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Light client relationship management
What We Offer
Commission + growing monthly residuals (starts at $100/mo per account, increases up to $200)
Completely remote
Minimal weekly hours (2–8 per week as we scale)
Proven system and exclusive market territories
What We’re Looking For
Confident phone closer — roofing, marketing, or home-service sales background preferred
Must have other income with flexibility to respond quickly to incoming leads (this role starts very part-time)
Strong follow-up skills — you don’t quit after one call
Professional communication and reliability
