The Arise® Platform connects small businesses and independent contractors with leading companies looking for customer service support. As an agent, you'll support one or more client programs based on your availability, skills, and interest.
What You'll Do
Handle inbound customer service calls and/or chats (no cold calling or sales unless specified)
Assist customers with product or service questions, billing inquiries, order processing, troubleshooting, or account management
Follow scripted processes and client-provided guidelines to ensure top-tier service
Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all customer interactions
Accurately document customer interactions in required systems
Work independently while meeting client metrics for quality, call handling, and attendance
Requirements
Access to a quiet, distraction-free home office setup
High-speed internet, a computer that meets Arise® technical requirements, and a USB headset (specifics provided upon registration)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using technology and navigating multiple systems
Ability to pass background checks and any client-specific assessments
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, tech support, or call center environment
Bilingual (Spanish/English or French/English) is a plus
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
